The staff at Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport were exceptionally nice and consistently courteous, including the manager. The room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed, with a very comfy bed as expected. Efficient check-in process. Good location near malls, restaurants, and Phoenix. Very close to the airport.

It was fairly clean with amazingly nice and very courteous staff on shift. The location was marvellous and magnificent, close to reliable and quick airport shuttle. Had lunch/dinner at Walter Station Brewery, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The location was best possible and ideal, within easy walking distance of Pueblo Grande. They gave us a queen room with a very comfy bed and free WiFi, for instance.

The central location was great for catching an early morning flight. The staff was quick to help and provided complimentary wake-up service and ironing. The room was clean, had a sofa bed, and offered a lovely view.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get into the room until 3:00. Can't imagine that in these big hotels rooms are not ready before.

Great spot, with a convenient airport shuttle. The area is nice and the rooms are tidy and nicely decorated. They come with comfy beds, although they could use some extra pillows. 🛏️ Free WiFi is a bonus, and the breakfasts here are top-notch.

The in-house restaurant provided very good service. The hotel had nicely updated decoration. It was a decent size and had great views. The location was particularly good, adjacent to Phoenix for a family affair.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was within reasonable miles to Tempe and very close to the airport.
I did not like how I was unable to have an hot or warm water. The water was cold.
